MOJO Monday Challenge

Mojo Monday is an awesome blog that hosts a weekly design challenge...they provide the sketch...you provide your creative take on it.  This is my first challenge entry...I am so excited...I included a picture of the inside of the card as well. I've been following this site for a few months and really appreciate all the creative inspiration it provides. 

Canvas for Grammy

This is a canvas wall hanging I created in memory of my Grammy who passed away this past January.  I created it for my mom.  I really like the way the project turned out...I used flocked (velvet) paper and added dimension with covered mini canvases as well as ribbon, buttons, beading, and a hat pin.  My mom now just needs to add some photos of her mom (my grammy) and hang it on the wall.

Scrap That Poetry Entry

This is the scrapbook page I created for the Scrap That Poetry Contest.  I used the poem "If" and photos from some of my backpacking trips in the Grand Canyon to express a way to LIVE life.
